New Blog!

Well, it seems like I'm the last person on Earth to start a blog and I couldn't be busier these days as my fitness group has grown to over 150 people, but I wanted to start this (long overdue) page to keep a record of the great recipes we have posted to the Facebook group over the past year.  It is hard to keep track of and easily locate recipes on the group page timeline and this seems like a great way to keep organized without compromising the privacy of the others I coach.

Again, at first this may be a "slow burn", as I'm very busy with my Beachbody coaching and I need to figure out how we can fit this into the schedule, but we will get there!  I hope that together we can help you meet and exceed your fitness goals and one of the best ways to do that is to promote the exchange of unhealthy foods and treats for healthier options.  It's just as important as exercise if not more so.  We hope you find this blog to be a useful tool -maybe even a "go-to" one day- when you are wanting to try something new and wholesome or maybe just having a craving for something unhealthy and looking for a healthier alternative.

That said, my husband and I are planning on testing every recipe we post, reviewing it, suggesting alterations and posting a nutritional analysis.  We will also be posting Shakeology recipes and whole food/clean-eating recipes and occasionally having contests/giveaways as well.  Feel free to follow the blog, share on Pinterest and Facebook and invite others to do so as well.
